★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看到飲料上有椪糖覺得很特別，也不知椪糖是什麼就去朝聖，不知有沒有人跟我一樣不知道什麼是椪糖，買了才知道原來它會融化，如果沒加珍珠就要拿細吸管(很重要)。
中午到店去購買，因正逢台大學生中午休息，人潮很多還要排隊，等了約莫10分鐘才取到餐，付款可以用街口支付很方便。
店員很辛苦的在壓克力隔板裡點餐又叫號取餐，建議可以用叫號機或麥克風，客人也比較聽得到聲音。
今天點的是老椪糖鮮奶茶$60，剛拿到飲料時上面有好多椪糖，過了一會兒就全部融到下面的鮮奶茶裡，味道香濃又有一股特別的香味，就變成了很香濃的鮮奶茶。

甜度真的是用宜人來形容！
一拿到飲料時直接開喝就覺得 鮮奶茶本身很香
紅茶跟鮮奶的比例非常的剛好（是奶多的那種）
舌頭很舒服（不知道有沒有人可以get到
椪糖不多算是點綴的但慢慢融化後 那個糖分就慢慢融進去
有一點點薑糖的感覺但又不是薑味
下次經過還是會想買一杯來喝?❤️

竹山甘蔗金龍：甘蔗加金萱烏龍，店家說甘蔗原本就有甜，所以選了無糖，喝起來有酸味。
老椪糖珍珠鮮奶茶：最低甜度是半糖(椪糖)，椪糖味類似炒糖或黑糖，有種特殊味道，但沒有那種苦味，還不錯；不過不吃甜的人可能會覺得太甜。

沒喝過這種組合第一次來嚐鮮
喝的時候會帶有點焦味，不會死甜
椪糖要等一陣子才會完全融化
沒試過的人，可以來嘗試看看！

味道蠻特別的傳統糖香，一半吃一半喝剛剛好
奶味厚重，茶香跟椪糖搭配也挺不錯
喝完口腔也不會有粘膩感
但我下次會加珍珠:P

It’s actually brown sugar shaped into a comb-like wafer form that dissolves in liquid. It gives off a smokey, burnt caramel taste that overwhelmed the tea flavor.
The boba had a good, firm chew and maybe could’ve cooked a bit longer.
