於10/16晚間八點入店點購一碗綜合豆花(配料粉粿、花生、芋圓) 老闆娘準備時間約7-10分鐘才上桌,推估因為芋圓是現點現煮導致需要久候;上桌時商品賣相不佳(豆花呈現碎狀),但一入口為之驚艷! 雖然芋圓略有香精味,花生也有點愛之味的影子,但整碗豆花的口味非常有層次,甜度和豆香非常協調,完勝諸多店家! 這個低調溫醇的滋味,讓人念念難忘⋯

2020.06.04 = ★★★☆☆ ◉推薦:豆花。 ◉豆花有桂花香,豆花黃豆香氣濃郁,糖水清甜有層次。 ◉可惜配料部分比較平凡。 ===================== 走來【Waiting Bistro】的路上,看到這一間【安東傳統豆花】,要蒐集豆花店的我,當然放棄餐酒館的甜點,來吃我的豆花第196碗。? 【安東傳統豆花】有點奇怪,看起來外面擺著餐車,老闆娘卻又在店面裡面的廚房處理芋圓?? 那把食材配料放在外面的用意讓人不解。有內用座位,只有風扇,沒有冷氣。 ☑綜合豆花(50元) = 50元三種料,偏貴,不過在東區也算是可以接受。豆花是用免洗碗盛裝,拿上來,上面似乎淋著一層糖漿?? 一吃,唉唷,是桂花糖漿,有意思!! 整碗豆花有桂花的清香。豆花的部分很好,黃豆香氣濃郁,很濃到有點黏稠的口感;糖水的部分或著桂花糖,清雅有層次,不差。配料部分,花生香,但是還是有咬感,沒有軟;芋頭的部分也是一樣,是偏硬的口感;芋圓是店家臨時煮的,芋頭的味道不明顯,但是口感軟Q有纏牙感。整體來說,豆花糖水不錯,整碗豆花因桂花而有特色,配料普通了點,4.5分。
