樓管跟委員似乎在財務方面操作有問題
住戶反應完全沒什麼搭理的。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小心它的電梯會夾人，大概開個3秒就會關，停樓層時還會急煞，感覺隨時都會墜樓，很恐怖，氣氛詭異，而且人很多時想出去絕對有人會被夾，沒管理，感覺像3、40年前的廢棄大樓

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這棟大樓幾乎沒有所謂的管理，有跳蚤樓道有濃烈的垃圾味，隔音更差，出入份子雜亂，葉壽石管理員說他只負責包裹其他事他不管，總幹事居然同意他的作法。這的信箱都是開放的幾乎不鎖，停車位在三樓要七千，累似香港鬼樓的氣氛想租的房客多為自身安全考慮吧。

It is a restaurant serving European food and styled the decor with Parisian in 30'. The cafe started as a bookstore 10 years ago catering books in the field of art, painting, movies. During the weeknights, lectures of special interests in art, travel, food and wine, are held, while in the weekend evenings, the restaurant becomes lively happily filled with music themed performance by various types of band, caberats, dancers. To attend the evening program it costs $200 for the ticket plus minimum patronizing for drink or food. Reservation is strongly suggested, as the seats are usually booked quickly, The cafe is a perfect influx of art, music, travel and dance, It certainly has its special direction making efforts to educate and communicate with the visitors, and not just
serving food. One would likely come away spirit lightly lifted, and enjoy any insight just captured.
