★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 餐點算是滿有特色 有做出變化嘗試 口味上也有一定水準
同時裝潢相當別緻的店
價格不算便宜 但以餐點品質還是屬於合理範圍
麵條口感滿不錯的 屬於偏硬的細麵
不像近年很多賣傳統麵食的文青餐廳 實際吃起來卻很馬虎
配上大量的蔥花 吃起來滿重口味
拌麵的醬汁在選擇中辣的情況下 吃久有點過鹹 這部分算扣分
香氣層次也不算太豐富 吃久會覺得味道偏單一 有點可惜
腱子肉也是比較不算驚艷 雖然很大塊沒錯 不過滷起來的味道還是不夠濃郁 口味上偏保守
湯頭的部分是採用中藥熬製
調味我覺得滿不錯的 中藥味有出來 但不會有刺鼻的感覺
入口還是讓人覺得順口 清甜
以這家店定位的客群應該是滿能接受
肉丸的話還不錯 但沒有到極度出色的程度
還只試過一項餐點 不確定其他道表現如何
但這次體驗上屬於及格 但還不是一家特別完美的店

I think the seasoning is quite good. The Chinese medicine smell comes out, but it doesn’t have a pungent sensation.
The entrance still feels smooth and sweet
The customer base based on this store should be fully acceptable
The meatballs are not bad, but not to the extreme
I have only tried one meal, not sure how the other dishes performed
But this experience is a pass, but it’s not a perfect shop yet

湯也很好喝,有淡淡中藥味,推推
套餐cp偏高~
單點的豬腱子肉非常不推, 很硬 ,又崩潰塞牙? (如果只吃牛肉麵我覺得是體驗是五顆星星,但只要吃到這種很硬卡牙的肉就會心情不美膩)
朋友點蟹黃麵,說蟹膏有魚腥味,但還是可以吃。
附贈的醃蘿蔔好吃~
另外,當天六點多進餐廳,不知道是不是晚上第一組客人的關係,一開始上菜速度很慢!
但整體服務態度很好~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這個麵有點浮誇(可能不只有點),我下次應該不會再點,但是合乎期待,滿好吃的,菜單上有很多看起來也很好吃值得一試。
唯一覺得想提一下的地方是,這個軟殼蟹滿大隻的,所以即使殼是軟的而且炸得酥脆,裡面的鰓其實很明顯,我是把它剝開拿掉才吃,還是其實就吃下去沒差? (我不敢)

This noodle is a bit flamboyant (probably more than one order), and I probably won't order it next time, but it's up to expectations, full of deliciousness, and there are many on the menu that look delicious and worth a try.
The only thing I think I want to mention is that this soft shell crab is full of big ones, so even though the shell is soft and fried to a crisp, the gills inside are actually quite obvious, do I peel it off and eat it, or is it actually Is it okay to eat? (I dare not)

短期來台北出差
能夠將這一味帶回桃園跟家人分享真的很值得~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most authentic Chongqing noodle in Taiwan. Most Sichuan restaurants in Taiwan may be spicy using chili peppers, but few use the proper peppercorn to give it that tongue-numbing flavor Sichuan food really has. Thumbs up to this clean restaurant proving great service and opens late. Best of all, they offer a variety of craft beers to tame the heat. Bravo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasantly surprised that the 特辣 level of spice packs a punch! The shop currently doesn’t allow dine-in, but I expect it’d be comfortable with their spacious seating, clean lighting, and cool temps.
It’s not been easy for me to find noodle restaurants that offer firm noodles (think HK wonton noodle firmness) so I loved the texture.
Szechuan-style pork thigh noodle (秘密誇張豬大腿面套餐), extra spicy, poached egg: the single serving is likely enough for two and I really enjoyed (and suffered) the spices. The noodles lay on a bed of beansprouts and Szechuan pepper sauce that need to be mixed evenly. The lean pork shreds easily off the bone. The meatballs are quite dry, but taste better dunked in sauce. I chose an onsen-style (vs ajitama) egg because the runny yolk and white help temper the extra spicy sauce.
4 - Thoroughly enjoyed and can see myself returning regularly.
