如果可以給0顆星星,我會一顆星都不給。但是,大部分的復健師和櫃檯小姐都還蠻親切的,除了我們今天碰到的這位。我不明白的是醫生下午看診的時間是2-5。他們的牌子寫了4:45分停掛,留下來的15分鐘是為了讓醫生能夠在5點時看完所有在4:45分掛號的病人。但是醫生卻在4:45分的時候穿好外套要走了。如果看診時間是到5點的話,即使沒有病人,醫生也應該在診間待到他看診的時間為止,而不可以提早走,這是專不專業的問題。更何況我們去的時候,是完全沒有任何病人,甚至跟準備出去的醫生打了照面,而醫生也有要看我的樣子,但是櫃檯小姐卻慫恿醫生離開。什麼時候醫生要聽櫃檯小姐的話?而醫生若是夠專業,夠有醫生該有的愛心與耐心的話,也應該自己決定要不要看病人,而不是一昧地聽從一個櫃檯小姐的話。而我在跟櫃檯小姐理論不管如何醫生都不應該在還沒有到時間就先離開,櫃檯小姐卻一直打斷我說話,堅決表示他們沒有錯,而裡面的物理師也是認為停掛以後,即使沒有到下班時間,醫生可以提早走!而他們還說不是針對我們。這點我倒是我非常相信,因為他們會這樣對我們,那麼他們也一定會這樣對別的客人!如果醫生還有其他的病人在診間,而沒有超過4:45分不能掛好的話,我絕對會尊重這個診所的規則,但問題就是醫生沒有任何病人掛號,而醫生竟然要提早下診這件事讓我覺得醫生和櫃檯小姐非常地不專業!這間診所的服務有很大的問題!!我絕對不會推薦這間診所給我的親戚朋友!我不希望他們經歷像我一樣的待遇! I do not understand why the doctor would not stay in his office until the stated time on the schedule. His afternoon office hours is 2-5pm. They did state that by 4:45pm they’ll stop accepting patients. But it would be because you want to finish all of the patients by 5pm. It does not mean that if you don’t have any patients by 4:45 you can leave the office before your office hour ends. Where is the professionalism?! Not to mention I bump into the doctor and he does not have any additional patients he's seeing. In fact, the doctor was ready to take off 15 minutes early before his office hour. The doctor was actually going to see me but the receptionist told the doctor to go. When does receptionist become the boss of the doctor?!? And when I was telling the receptionist that they stop taking patients at 4:45 does not mean the doctor can leave at 4:45 if no one showed up. Not only she keeps cutting me off in the middle of my speech, she insisted they were right in practice because they said they won't take patients past 4:45!!! What kind of customer service is this?! Her job is to ask the doctor what he wants to do, not making decisions for the doctor!!! If there are patients checked in already and the doctor is trying to finish on time so he can go get dinner, I would completely understand and accept the fact I came 1 minute late to check in. However, I cannot accept the fact that there was no one in t he clinic and the doctor is lazy and tries to get off work early. And the receptionist seems to have more power than she should in the decision making of things. This clinic has absolutely horrible customer service! I would not recommend anyone going to this clinic considering the kind of the treatment you get. And for anyone going there, please think twice about going back!
If I can give 0 stars, I will give none. However, most of the rehabilitation therapists and counter girls are quite kind, except for the one we met today. What I don't understand is that the doctor's visit time in the afternoon is 2-5. Their sign states that the hang-up will be stopped at 4:45, and the remaining 15 minutes is to allow the doctor to see all the patients registered at 4:45 at 5 o'clock. But the doctor put on his coat and left at 4:45. If the consultation time is up to 5 o'clock, even if there is no patient, the doctor should stay in the consultation room until the time for his consultation, and not leave early. This is a question of professionalism or unprofessionalism. What's more, when we went there, there were no patients at all. We even had a face-to-face meeting with the doctor who was going to go out. The doctor wanted to see me, but the lady at the counter urged the doctor to leave. When will the doctor listen to the lady at the counter? And if the doctor is professional enough and has the love and patience that a doctor should have, he should also decide whether to see the patient or not, instead of just obeying a lady at the counter. I was arguing with the counter girl that no matter what, the doctor shouldn’t leave before the time was up. The counter girl kept interrupting me and insisted that they were not wrong. By the end of work hours, the doctor can leave early! And they also said it was not against us. I really believe this, because they will treat us like this, so they will definitely treat other guests like this! If the doctor has other patients in the consultation room, and it does not pass 4:45, I will definitely respect the rules of this clinic, but the problem is that the doctor does not register any patients, and the doctor actually wants to see this case early It makes me feel that the doctor and the counter lady are very unprofessional! The service of this clinic has a big problem! ! I would never recommend this clinic to my relatives and friends! I don't want them to experience the same treatment as me! 今日臨時停電未早點告知家長,早在下午有停電消息就該先告知課程可能受影響,晚上小孩放學也都在前往的途中才臨時傳訊息「通知」要提早打烊,不知道貴診所老闆危機意識處理的怎麼可以這麼差勁!!

去好幾次看過兩個醫生,有一個蠻開朗的,給他看看診蠻沒有壓力,另一個就有點陰沉不太喜歡

櫃檯心不在焉,自顧自跟窗外的人玩鬧。我明明已經在他面前量體溫消毒,又態度很差地問了兩次。治療師也了自己的天,短髮女治療師有一次直接把夾子夾到我臉上,另一次看我嘗試把置物籃放到椅子很久以後才漫不經心的說放旁邊就好

The doctor is patient and professional but the day shift front desk is a bit pushy, night shift front desk is friendly.
