I usually order the same dish. Pork bone noodles and from time to time I'll order some of their side dish.
The way I've found is the best in my particular case is taking a bowl next to the sauce area, fill it till the level of saltiness and spicy you want and from the pork soup take the noodles and put it then inside the bowl filled with sauce. I can enjoy a range of flavors which I find amazing.
Their side dishes are also good especially their tofu skin.
The price is very cheap and if you come from outside Taiwan you'll find its price is just unbeatable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's acceptable in terms of the food and price but not as good as I would like it to be. It markets itself as 外省麵 noodles from mainland China. However I find most of food it sells are no difference than a regular Taiwanese noodle vendor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious wonton and dumpling, noodles are supposed to be their speciality but I found it just on par with mediocre, pork bone soup is pretty good but little bit over.salty for me.
Price wise ... my wallet is not talking to me anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time I tasted any noodles soup cooked with big meaty bone. It was unsurprisingly tasty!
The noodles soup came with 3 big pieces of meaty bones, cooked to tendered reddish and chewy noodles. Dumplings with soup is another choice if grabbing and chewing on a meaty bone is not one's thing.
Side dishes including tofu, pork intestine, seaweed were all flavorful and tasty. The spicy dipping sauce which you will need to serve it yourself is something spicy food lover should not ignore .
Overall, friendly staffs, great food, small and narrow but clean food joint like this with very reasonable prices is absolutely a food lover's heaven.
