★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前送洗兩件近萬元的羽絨外套，帽子原本有一圈仿貂毛，結果洗完後原本柔軟滑順的合成毛全部被洗成毛躁的乾稻草，感覺被浸泡在藥劑裏腐蝕過，因為取件的時候我沒有即時檢查，準備換季拿出來穿時才發現，但已經過了一季⋯。我的認知是開洗衣店的老闆應該要比消費者更懂得看洗標及衣服材質標，怎麼會發生把客人的衣服洗壞的失誤？而且發生兩次。強烈建議送洗完，當面檢查衣服狀況。
