剛好看到路邊有停車格, 停好了車後想找點東西吃, 就順勢走了進來, 店內明亮的空間感給人舒服的感覺, 招牌的麻油香氣撲鼻而來, 受不了誘惑的我, 點了麻油腰花湯, 還有幾樣小菜, 上菜的速度很快, 滷肉飯是粒粒分明的米粒, 滷汁香氣很足, 不需要靠白胡椒粉提香, 回過神來已經吃掉了半碗, 好險我有回過神來, 不然什麼時候吃完都不知道, 差點輸給了一碗滷肉飯啊! 剛炒好的麻油腰花湯來了, 隨著麻油香氣,我好像到了另一個世界, 不知道過了多久我才回過神來, 服務員看著我,一臉擔心的樣子, 好險我有醒過來, 差點輸給了一碗麻油腰花湯啊! 夾起一塊腰花, 在離開湯面的瞬間,還彈了一下, 筷子差一點夾不住, 彷彿就像是有生命一般, 讓我來好好會一會它! 一口咬下,沒有討厭的腥臭味, 腰花處理的很好??,Q彈有咬勁, 煮的恰到好處、恰如其分, 再喝下一口熱湯, 整個五臟六腑都被溫暖了? 經過路過不要錯過??

老店,滷肉飯是南部口味,有點類似鬍鬚張那種肥肉瘦肉剁得很細。 滷肉飯很甜,25元也不貴。 雞肉飯就稍嫌普通,蚵仔湯的蚵仔滿小的,不過價格也很便宜。 櫃檯有像是自助餐的菜可以點一盤25。

小菜不錯 但量很少 CP值低 亁麵線不錯 服務的話,也不是不好,只是沒溫度。

這家真的是大安區的老店了,受疫情影響,內用人數大減,但不影響老闆與老闆娘接待客人的熱情,招牌虱目魚粥非常好吃,麻油類的湯頭也讓人讚不絕口,小菜部分都很新鮮,我個人喜歡苦瓜與豬頭皮。

用悠遊卡乘了捷運,想到通化夜市去玩,从捷運站出來,往通化臨江街通化夜市走,走不了幾步,又停了下來。那家不大的店,玻璃窗上貼着「大安魯肉飯」五個大字,下一行是「Since 1989」,臺灣動輒就是四五十年乃至上百年的老店,1989年的話,還算是家小弟弟店。玻璃窗上總共三行大字,最後一行是「黑麻油腰花湯」,嗯,魯肉飯、腰花湯,都是我喜歡的,於是不由自主的,就走了進去。 魯肉飯,其實是個錯別字,標準的寫法是「滷肉飯」,說起這個錯字來,甚至米其林都上過當,說這是从中國山東傳來的做法,讓臺灣美食業界丈二和尚摸不着頭腦,後經指出已經改正。 滷肉飯,是臺灣最最常見的中式餐餚,或者說是最常見的原生中式快餐,就是盛碗白飯,淋上滷肉加塊酸菜,就可以遞給客人,肉夾饃還要割開白吉饃外加刴肉,怎麼都快不過滷肉飯去。 嚴格地說,滷肉飯分為三種,一種是用分開的瘦肉肥肉做的,一種是用五花肉做的,還有一種是用肉糜做的,滷肉飯又有肉燥飯、炕肉飯、焢肉飯等各種名稱,各地風格與叫法都不相同。 為了滷肉飯進的門,却沒有喫,我還得留着肚子喫別家呢!於是點了一碗麻油腰花湯,120元,要比豬心湯、豬肝湯貴上不少呢,甚至還有不加麻油的湯,清豬肝湯衹要40元。 另外還點了一份豬耳,老闆娘又推薦了一份龍鬚菜,說是「不錯喫」。 湯很辣,是薑的辣味,有很重的薑味,讓冬日拘頭縮頸的我,微微地出了一層薄汗,很是過癮。麻油腰花湯是把豬腰去臊後,切成腰花。然後用黑麻油,下大量薑片熗鍋後,再大火將腰花炒至半熟後,放入米酒煮成的湯。 這碗腰花湯,除了薑味外,還有很濃的中藥味,不是令人不適的苦中藥味,而是香香的,可惜我喫不出來到底是什麼。湯很淡,並沒有多少鮮味,而是有淡淡的甜味,清辣可口。 湯淡,豬腰就得蘸點東西喫,店中隨付了芥末調味的醬油膏,由於生薑的辣味已經入嘴,芥末反而一點都不辣了。豬腰因為是爆炒的,脆而彈牙,火候掌握得非常好,說是一碗湯,腰花也不少,喫得很開心。 豬耳中規中矩,但也乏善可陳。倒是龍鬚菜,值得一書,這是種綠色的蔬菜,看着象是某種豆類的藤蔓;後來我仔細查閱,方才得知那是佛手瓜的嫩莖。 龍鬚菜和順風一樣,是道冷菜,很爽脆,也很清甜,是種新奇的體驗。視覺上也很有趣,有粗的杆子,也有極細的鬚,還有紋路明顯的葉子和小小的花蕾,可謂賞心悅目。兩道冷菜都衹要20元,算是很便宜的東西。 很不錯的一家小店,可惜谷歌上得分不高,我沒有喫低價的那些飯和麵線,如果主打的滷肉飯不行,那也實在回天無術。 這家店在谷歌地圖上叫做「大安魯肉飯」,然而站在大街上是望不到這幾個字的,大的燈箱上寫的是「大安無刺虱目魚湯專賣店」,要是特地尋去的朋友,請注意一下。

When it comes to this typo, even Michelin has been fooled, saying that this is a practice from Shandong, China, which makes the second monk in the Taiwanese food industry puzzled. It was later pointed out that it has been corrected. Braised pork rice is the most common Chinese food in Taiwan, or the most common native Chinese fast food. It is a bowl of white rice, topped with braised pork and a piece of sauerkraut, and it can be handed to the guests. Baiji steamed buns with slaughtered meat are no better than braised pork rice. It has a strong ginger taste. It made me sweat slightly in winter, which was very enjoyable. Sesame oil and kidney flower soup is made by removing the pork loin and cutting it into kidney flowers. Then use black sesame oil, put a lot of ginger slices in the pot, and then fry the waist flower until half-cooked, and then add the soup made of rice wine. In addition to the ginger flavor, this bowl of kidney flower soup has a strong taste of traditional Chinese medicine. It is not an unpleasant bitter Chinese medicine taste, but a fragrant smell. Unfortunately, I can't tell what it is. The soup is very light, not much umami, but has a light sweetness, spicy and delicious. The soup is bland, and the pork loin has to be dipped in something to eat. The store also provides a mustard-flavored soy sauce paste. Since the spicy taste of ginger has already entered the mouth, the mustard is not spicy at all. Because the pork loin is stir-fried, it is crisp and elastic, and the heat is very well controlled. It is said that it is a bowl of soup, and there are a lot of loin flowers. I am very happy to eat. The pig's ears are decent, but also lackluster. But the dragon mustard, which is worth a book, is a green vegetable that looks like a vine of some kind of bean; later I checked it carefully, and I learned that it was the tender stem of a chayote. Like Shunfeng, Longxu Cai is a cold dish, very crisp and sweet. It is a novel experience. It's also visually interesting, with thick poles and very thin whiskers, as well as distinctly textured leaves and small flower buds, which are pleasing to the eye. Two cold dishes are only 20 yuan, which is very cheap. It's a very nice small shop, but unfortunately the score on Google is not high. I didn't eat the low-priced rice and noodles. If the main braised pork rice is not good, then it's really useless. This shop is called "Da'an Lu Pork Rice" on Google Maps, but you can't see these words when you stand on the street. The big light box reads "Da'an Non-Thorn Milkfish Soup Specialty Store". Looking for friends, please pay attention.
