今天跟朋友來到三樵燒肉海外一號店,因為我們有5位,套餐只有4人份,所以加價一人份,變成5人份套餐,今天我們點的是三樵和牛盛合,以日本和牛居多,搭配少量的美、澳和牛!我覺得三樵的套餐選擇的範圍蠻寬的,這部份真的蠻貼心的! 用餐環境乾淨,座位還算寬敞,也有提供置物櫃讓你放東西!服務親切、熱情,桌邊服務更是沒話說,介紹的很詳細,烤得恰到好處,很專業!肉的品質非常對得起價格,敢吃生牛肉的話,很推薦點生和牛相撲壽司,就算點了不敢吃生的,也能請桌邊員幫你弄熟!我們還有點了牛骨湯跟咖哩飯,這些單點熟食味道也都不錯喔! 想吃和牛燒肉,又想吃得經濟一點的話,我覺得三樵會是一個很棒的選擇,服務也很好,吃完身上完全沒有燒烤味!

The quality of the meat is worth the price. If you dare to eat raw beef, it is recommended to order raw wagyu sumo sushi. Even if you do not dare to eat raw, you can ask the desk staff to cook it for you! We also ordered beef bone soup and curry rice. These a la carte cooked foods taste good too! If you want to eat wagyu beef, but also want to eat more economically, I think Sanqiao will be a great choice, the service is also very good, there is no barbecue taste after eating!

用餐環境舒適,吃完身上完全沒有油煙味。桌邊烤肉服務很好,服務生一人服務兩桌,一邊烤一邊介紹肉的部位跟建議的熟度,與推薦搭配的醬料,覺得吃起來很舒服。 三樵和牛盛合宴(2人份1280元)。澳洲特切板踺牛排好吃,吃起來很軟嫩,不像外面板踺肉筋很多的口感。日本龜之子是牛後腿肉,很適合生吃,三分熟搭配芥末醬油吃起來跟生魚片一樣。日本肩小排油花很豐富,吃起來很像吃油脂很豐厚的鮭魚,搭配手炒鹽跟水果醬油。BTW他們的手炒鹽是店家自己用昆布跟香菇下去炒的,不會太鹹,很香。日本紐約客是我最愛,油花超級甜美溫厚,入口即化,吃起來好幸福呀。 澳洲牛舌盛合(780元)可以吃到上牛舌根、中牛舌、下牛舌跟牛舌尖。上牛舌跟跟中牛舌都是厚切,單點會更厚,肉質軟嫩中帶一點Q,吃起來很過癮;下牛舌就跟外面一般吃的牛舌切片差不多,適合搭配蔥花醬油,下牛舌套餐是以塊狀的方式呈現,單點會是切片,吃起來非常有嚼勁。 三樵沙拉 (180元)雞肉沙拉搭配胡麻醬。 辣牛骨蛋花泡飯 (220元)麻油味過重,整體入口比較油膩,肉絲是和牛,入口即化。 綜合海鮮 (260元)生食級干貝跟花枝都烤得很好吃,花枝烤得熟度很好,吃起來有一點海味。蝦子有點烤過老。 伊比利梅花豬 (380元)肉質軟嫩,吃起來很像牛肉。 洗手間乾淨,還備有牙線漱口水,洗手台除了洗手乳以外還有護手霜。 #日式燒肉 #和牛 #忠孝敦化 #東區燒肉店
