★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15年近く台湾に旅行に行く度に通っているお茶屋さんです。店主の張さんは日本に来たことないのにとっても日本語が上手！そして本当に親切でいい方です。大通りにあるような有名なお茶屋さんより断然安くておいしいお茶が買えますのでぜひ行ってみてください(^^) 試飲も遠慮なく何種類頼んでも大丈夫。おすすめは、ミルクのような甘い香りの金萱茶と香片(ジャスミンティー)の毛峰です。お店にいるオウムは子供が話しかけると返答してくれます！笑
 It is a teahouse that I go to every time I travel to Taiwan for almost 15 years. The owner, Mr. Zhang, is good at Japanese even though he has never been to Japan! And he is really kind and nice. You can buy delicious tea at a much lower price than the famous tea shops on the main street, so please go there (^^) Feel free to order any number of tastings. We recommend Jin Xuan tea, which has a sweet scent like milk, and Jasmine tea. The parrot in the store will reply when the child talks! Lol

I just need to give the owner a description of the type and taste of the tea I'm about to buy, and he guides it to me correctly ... and cheaply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm an old customer to Mr. Chang's teahouse. (I prefer Chinese-style Longjing tea that is hard to find in Taipei.) Hechang Teahouse is a lively place to taste all sorts of fine Taiwan's tea while chatting with the owner - and you don't even need to buy anything. (Most people do, though.) It's especially popular with Japanese tourists who come once or twice a year to restock on their favorite tea so they typically leave with bags worth thousands dollars of tea.
