 I have eaten it for many years and like the combination of cold noodles and some peppers. Miso soup is an indispensable soup for cold noodles. Unfortunately, the soup was a bit salty today, so I couldn't finish it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the mood for a cold dish today and came across this small noodle vendor at a corner of a trendy area but this store isn't like one of the trendy restaurants in the area. I usually have some luck when I tried one of these food vendors that have been in business for so long thus becoming aging on their appearance but the food were really authentic and delicious. This cold noodle store is just like one of these. They serve good portion of noodles topped with minced pork and shredded cucumbers with sesame sauce on the side. This is called 三鮮涼麵 as the noodle is mixed with three ingredients. Good place if you are crave for authentic Taiwanese noodles.
