★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming here for quite a few years on my trips to Taiwan. This place has been around for around 20 years in the same spot..which I then end up getting lost when I go down the wrong street. The staff here is friendly and many have been working here for years. I came in for a haircut because I needed one after I landed. My hairdresser was meticulous at fixing what she called the "tall grass" because I let my hair grow a bit too long before seeing her, and her shampoo lady gave me a good wash and rinse before going back to the chair to finish up. The staff here speak Mandarin, Taiwanese, and a little English.
