飯量相當足夠，整個下午都非常有飽足感，整體菜色口味不油膩很健康！
便當外盒是可以微波加熱的材質，有些同事乾脆一次點2份搞定午餐跟晚餐。
如果要點菩提素飽盒的朋友，記得要提前1天訂購喔，也可以點溫烤杏鮑菇換成素菜配菜！
