★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地下室果蠅蒼蠅一大堆像千軍萬馬，整個進地下室的車道沿路臭味驚人，台北市人就是呆，花上億去買那種近50年的老舊建築，然後窮到只剩下房子，銀行沒有現金可以用，也沒有什麼事業有現金流可以收入，就靠銀行的低利貸款出來打腫臉充胖子
There are a lot of fruit flies in the basement. The whole driveway into the basement smells amazing along the road. People in Taipei City just stay, spend hundreds of millions to buy the old buildings that are nearly 50 years old, and then they are so poor that there are only left. For houses, banks don’t have cash to use, and there is no business that has cash flow to earn income, so they rely on low-interest loans from banks to swell their faces and fill the body.
