老闆充滿藝術家的風格，有他自已的咖啡理論 他的各種堅持與選擇 一杯咖啡從選豆到研磨的過程到每個階段溫度變化產生的香氣轉換，都仔細的讓我們用嗅覺體驗，連咖啡如何品味都有一套他獨有的方式 遵循老闆的方式品嘗顛覆了我以往以來對咖啡認知的香氣與口味 舌頭充滿各種層次衝擊～ 甚至咖啡涼掉了都還是有帶甜味的餘韻 老闆說他的奶茶是用一斤十萬的東方美人茶熬煮七個小時而成的，那當然要嚐嚐看啊? 奶茶非常的濃郁不論奶香或茶香味，上面還覆蓋著奶皮，熱的溫的涼掉了都有不同的風味? 一間充滿細節的店家，值不值得只有自已前往才能體會❤️

This special cafe is a decent place to relax a busy mind and enjoy some upscale tea and coffee. The flavor of the signature milk tea was very unique, and the coffee was excellent. 招牌奶茶風味獨特，是東方美人茶加上鮮奶慢火熬煮六小時而成，非常濃醇滑順，當天我們冰的熱的各點一壼：冰奶茶喝起來茶韻較明顯，熱奶茶相形之下則是奶味十足。老闆現煮的精品咖啡更厲害，回甘滋味相當難忘。老闆博學多聞且不吝向我們分享他對於咖啡的專業知識，店內處處感受得到老闆的品味，即便是白開水都很講究。這裡的飲品雖然價格不斐但物有所值，寧靜的氛圍也讓城市中的喧鬧心靈得以沈澱。

Terrible expensive!!! Two coffes, NTD 1.000. And when you arrive there, they say they have no menú so you can't see the prizes....

A place for great coffee and tea of the highest standard.

Incredible tea, very nice and relaxing place. Note that the prices are high (500$ for a bowl of tea).

The environment was pretty unique including the vibe and deco which was quite suitable for reading, working, private meeting and meditation maybe. No menu was provided, NT$500 was the entrance fee/ base consumption. The owner Mr.Lee was very characteristic and chatty. He claimed that he offered too many beverage options (up to 400 types) therefore it was too many to write down. He claimed that the place was the only site that was legally approved for restaurant business ( the others inside the block were all running biz in pure resident area and registered as food company but restaurant). Mr. Lee also told as he has well maintained the place where it was the cleanest and safest in the area, no rats, no cockroaches and the water, temp, air quality and humidity were under supervision. The above statement were a bit conceited yet somehow still acceptable/ understandable the questionable part was his assertive comments toward coffee. Mr. Lee claimed 1. Coffee should has no smell, and if you could smell the coffee the quality and the cook way must be incorrect; all the smell should be preserved within the liquid itself 2. They only import coffee beans (baked ones) abroad because he believed the humidity and temp in Taiwan are not suitable for coffee beans and raw beans would get polluted/ rotten easily here, not to mention the roasting abilities of Taiwan baristas are not competitive enough than professionals in Europe, and therefore the sour taste that other coffee shop claimed as the nature flavor or terroir of the beans were wrong, he thinks the beans were gone bad 3. The owner also claimed that coffein level was controlled over bake/ roast temp, if well controlled there would be no coffein (all evaporated) These three points were odd and doubtful. Last but not least, the coffee was just okay, not as magical or rare as the owner bragged about. This could be a good destination for confidential gathering, chilling, quiet time but the beverage served was not that exceptional or worth that high.
