這幾次給陳醫師跟范醫師看診,醫師人都非常好也很有耐心~ 護理師人也很親切!

醫生完全沒溫度,跟他說皮膚問題, 連看一下皮膚狀況的意願都沒有直說大概是什麼情況, 想問清楚一點,直接跟我大眼瞪小眼, 好像看診連多一分鐘都不願意一樣, 以後不會在來了

直接講結論:這醫院完全被櫃檯的護士搞爛 沒看過態度這麼爛的護士(5/6 星期五晚上9:20 櫃檯最年長的護士,猜測是護士的領班) 一路忙到9:20趕進診所,一進去護士口氣很差地說:你要幹嘛?。說了要打疫苗之後那位女護士直接翻白眼:打電話不接還來? 晚上恰巧忙到無法接電話讓護士白打電話是我的錯我道歉,但是「沒接電話不代表不能打疫苗」欸小姐?你是不是搞錯了什麼?何況我的確有預約,也在診所關門前抵達,什麼時候好好使用打疫苗的權益也要被罵了? 你以為這樣就結束了嗎?那位護士最後要還健保卡的時候用很糟的語氣說: 請休息15分鐘,如果沒有不舒服再離開,「啊!但我們剛好要關門了!你們也待不了」 這間診所的管理者如果有在看請好好處理吧,前面已經這麼多留言都在抱怨「特定」護士的服務態度了,你們都說已留意、已處理,真的處理了嗎?完全看不出來。
