★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bland food, food is served warm not hot, while eating I kept thinking about the original product (ramen) then this attempt at fusion cooking. They also kept forgetting ingredients that should have been in the meal. Not worth the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a Taiwanese, it is not the Taiwan traditional style noodles or Japan style ramen but it is a good and spicy Asian creative flavour noodle. Give it a try and must ordered a soft-boiled eggs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I weren’t sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised by this fusion ramen! The boss recommended a dish so I’m not sure what it was called but it was delicious and spicy, definitely a nice change of pace! We’ll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excllent, flavorful food and warm service. I go here often. Great variety of noodle bowls, ranging from soup to dry noodles, mild to VERY spicy. I recommend ordering all three of the small veggie dishes: okra, broccoli, and cut green beans. Wonderful soft-boiled eggs, too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered two types of noodles. The one with waffle-like thing is 小麵沾餅(xiao mian zhan bing), made of noodles. The other one is 沾麵(zhan mian).
This restaurant does not serve typical Sichuan cuisine like what we often heard, because they feature Western Sichuan food, and borrowed some from Tibet.
I really liked the 沾麵. Next time we might order 泡饃(pao mo), a famous Western Chinese dish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got the curry ramen waffles and it was delightful!
The curry broth was super tasty along with the pork. The dish comes with the option of having beef or pork. The waffle noodles was a nice treat. They were very crispy and stayed that way even after dipping them in the broth. The entire waffle combo came with some veggies and tea for a total of 220NTD. The only thing that could have been improved was the amount of broth. The broth to noodle waffle ratio was low.
An English menu is available.
Overall it was very good especially for the price. I will be back to try more!
