猴頭菇排外層稍硬，但裹上甜甜的醬，裡面咬起來紮實，吃起來很有口感！
配菜也不會像其他素食自助餐太油很清爽！

Every time I go, I order "Hericium erinaceus" ?
The outer layer of Hericium erinaceus is slightly hard, but it is coated with sweet sauce, and the inside is firm and delicious!
The side dishes are not too oily and refreshing like other vegetarian buffets!
Every dish can feel the boss's care
It is a good choice when you want to be vegetarian ?
