★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the rare Tempura Bars in Taiwan. For every dish, the chef add one paper to keep the dish without extra oil. Although all the dishes are fried, taste is not too oily. Only one menu available each meal. The standard is very close to Japan Tempura bars. The cost is a little bit too high as compared with Taipei restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious surroundings, excellent service and an authentic light touch frying technique are highlights. In terms of individual dishes, Shrimp and Taiwanese egg fruit were exceptionally good, some of the fishes and tendon rice less so. Restaurant insists on the whole dining room starting at the same time (only one frying station), which means you unfortunately stay hungry, captive to when guests who don’t respect the start time show up. Today, that’s almost 20 minutes. Hopefully that changes: a year after I first came here, it hasn’t changed so need to subtract a star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very satisfying dining experience, the ingredients are fresh and tasty, excellent service. The warabi mochi accompagnied with their award-winning tea “Oriental beauty” is another high light beside of their excellent tempura ryori and wine&sake collection. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not easy for me to rate a restaurant with 4 stars. I have to admit that this is a truly good tempura restaurant worthy of the long wait. All food quality is top in the line. They use fresh cooking oil and change the oil twice a night. No greasy tastes at all. The chef really masters the deepfry skills ?. The dipping sauce is well balanced with the food. Also the waitresses provide sweet and tender care. A quite wonderful dining experience.
