It wasn’t bad if you have zero expectations for getting Vietnamese Pho cause it is 100% Taiwanese (or something else but not Vietnamese for sure) styled dish. Though I would appreciate the plain flavor food in this hot weather.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very popular and very good Vietnamese restaurant! I got the chicken and rice dish (180 NT) and it was excellent. My college got a sandwich (80 NT) and seemed really happy with that too. We arrive at 11:45, and by noon there was a crowd outside waiting to be seated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I often go here for a bowl of comforting noodle soup. The soup has a nice and delicate flavor and the noodles are soft with the perfect amount of springiness. The service is fast, the restaurant is clean, and the price is reasonable for the quantity of food. It's 120NTD for a bowl of noodle soup, I keep wanting to try other things, but always end up ordering the noodles because it never disappoints!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pho served at this location is atypical relative to the version common in the West. The beef slices are thick and not the brisket, while the broth is not heavily spiced. I find the fishsauce (free of charge) indispensible to my palate. The noodles are of superior quality, being supple and able to hold the broth. The garnish vegetables include cabbage and exclude bean sprouts and basil. Please keep this in mind if you intend to dine here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a Vietnamese, I find the restaurant’s “phở” is fine and suitable with Taiwanese people appetite. The quality of a bowl of “phở” is worth the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their pho is very good, I personally love their pork broth one. The soup is tasty and fresh, by adding lemon, you can taste the best flavor ever.
The French sandwich is fresh as well, but I think it’s a little bit too dry, but the chicken and pickles are delicious.
