櫃檯惡劣,從早上掛號等不到改下午掛號大概一整天都耗費在診所,而且看完診離開時沒有把健保卡還給我,等我拿藥才發現跑回去拿,櫃台數落我一番說他們流程就是健保卡會還給病患,我一直找包包找不到,最後原來是她們沒有還給我,我卻被數落一番。若非病痛沒有人願意去診所的,生病的人更怕碰到缺乏同理心及EQ低無法平心靜氣處理病人詢問的櫃台。忍受疼痛還要被櫃台數落,沒有最基本的尊重之外,診所規矩很多內容對病人並不客氣,當成罪犯來著要壓卡才給掛下午診,如果因為私人理由沒辦法幫證件壓在櫃檯就會被修理。 總而言之評分只給一星是因為櫃檯人員全部都很差勁、對於不清楚流程的初診病患態度兇狠,即使她們自己記錯也還是會教訓病患。我甚少寫這麼負面的評價,但這家極力勸導不要去受氣!都已經歷各種痛楚的老人家、重病患者等等不需要到超越復健診所增加自己身心俱疲的痛苦。

櫃台超爛,第一次來禮拜六中間櫃台小姐就跩個二五八萬,不想做就辭職啊,左邊的也知道中間態度很差來打圓場,第二次來想到要面對櫃台也是很不愉快,感覺就是沒聽人說話也沒在聽人發問,這種態度有一天被人罵或發生什麼事也是活該。 上次來覺得櫃台態度爛但涂醫生感覺還不錯,就覺得評論應該是例外吧,要我下次看完徒手治療後再來看診,就以為已經掛好號了(一般這樣講不都先幫你掛了嗎?)後來又現場掛後,看完徒手等了一陣子進去,正眼都不看你一下(跟第一次差超多,像兩個人),還很不耐煩問你說:今天又什麼問題?(欸你叫我來的欸!X) 然後問要不要再打針,我說針不是兩週打一次嗎?然後就跟我說我們沒有在幫病人掛號喔,然後就叫我出去了(所以你叫我再進來看要幹嘛?)。從頭到尾正眼都沒看我一下,幹嘛浪費我時間!雖然後來沒收掛號費,但真的如評論一樣態度之差,第一次去,中間走道牌子就寫初診報到左邊,右邊課程報到,所以我直接到左邊櫃台,那時“就只有我一個人”,然後中間小姐不知道是在不耐煩什麼叫我下次來要排中間走道等,啊你們牌子就這樣寫,然後最下面“一行小字”又寫先中間等,那你們上面還分初診跟報到幹嘛?算了說再多不如自己來體驗一下!真的沒有經歷過像涂某這麼差的看診體驗! 去徒手治療樓層等,兩個櫃檯小姐在吃飯看到你走進來一瞬間給了我一個像日本不良少年陰暗扭曲的表情,真抱歉打擾你們吃飯講八卦啊,我就努力當隱形人假裝不在那裡。 另外徒手治療也讓人傻眼,“別間”900元熱敷冰敷,治療師整復,教動作,如何自我放鬆,超音波加肌內效,重點是裡面態度好的不得了。這裡呢,通常醫生開了醫囑治療師就照著做,不然要醫生先看幹嘛?這裡半小時治療師又花了15到20分鐘問問題,然後得出跟醫生一樣的結論(可以退一半的錢嗎?),然後教一些其實網路影片類似的動作,結束閃人850get! 真是超棒的。 相信我,這裡感覺就是能從你身上挖多少就盡量挖。
