★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買賣房屋千萬別找楊裕民，後悔到不行，很難溝通也相當不專業，常常前後不對盤，買賣車位時車格一次也沒停過，直到付清交件後才停第二次就遇到大當機，車格的車卡了三小時才上來，跟買方收款項卻提供不出來當初賣方的收據，兩個禮拜了還一直在拖拖拉拉。
Don't look for Yang Yumin when buying or selling a house. You can't regret it. It's hard to communicate and is quite unprofessional. It was a big crash. It took three hours for the car to come up, but I couldn't provide the seller's receipt to collect the money from the buyer. It has been dragging and pulling for two weeks.
