詢問問題就覺得你幹嘛問這麼多要不然你就吃藥解決
病人要的是原因不是吃藥解決一切
即使醫生再有經驗也被櫃檯小姐的不專業給嚇跑
真心希望櫃檯小姐素質要提升，要不就是不要回答不專業的內容給客戶
Very poor service from the lady at the counter
When I ask questions, I think why are you asking so many questions, or else you will take medicine to solve it
What the patient wants is the cause, not the medicine to solve everything
Even if the doctor is more experienced, he is scared away by the unprofessionalism of the counter lady
I sincerely hope that the quality of the counter lady will improve, or don't answer unprofessional content to customers

怕我緊張還會跟我聊天讓我放鬆心情
一開始我還怕他們會對我不耐煩或是看不起我
但是看診後他們整個超親切的啊～～
反正真的是大推啦
The doctors and nurses in the clinic today are so gentle
If I'm nervous, I will chat with me to relax my mind
At first I was afraid that they would get impatient with me or look down on me
But after seeing the doctor, they were super friendly.
It's really a big push anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 工作忙碌..竟然忘記今天要打疫苗!! 幸好診所有耐心不停的打我手機..謝謝沒放棄我?(還ㄧ直以為是詐騙集團的電話真抱歉)，幸好在公司附近路程不遠用走的就到了(關門就gg了)。護理師技術很好扎針不痛，醫師看起來是個和靄的長輩，感覺很好?
I am busy with work.. I forgot to get vaccinated today!! Fortunately, the clinic has the patience to call my mobile phone. Thank you for not giving up on me It's there when you use it (the door is closed and it's gg). The nurse's technique is very good, the needles are not painful, the doctor seems to be a kind elder, I feel very good?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. There's a particular nurse with cat-eye glasses that enters the doctor's room that is extremely aggressive and rude. Try not to engage with her. The doctor tried to use English which was fine but took a lot of effort to get him to even try speaking in English.
