以前服務不錯,現在變很差。 一、買兩種藥,是幫不同的人買,想要分別登記在不同的會員名下,告知不同的會員電話號碼,藥師竟說:「這個沒差」....完全沒有站在顧客立場著想,我想登記在2個不同的會員名下,為何刁難?? 二、想買某種藥品,對方要查一下是否可以訂貨,後來跟我收費。我說,有訂到嗎?對方說:「沒訂到就不會跟你收費了。」讓我很不舒服.....我不能確認是否有訂到嗎?直接告知有或沒有,而不必這樣子說話吧! 三、訂完藥品後,藥師也沒告知藥品何時會到,也不主動電話通知。 四、去電詢問藥品到了沒,對方查了一下說:「會再回電告知」.....然後就沒消沒息了。 五、過幾天再次去電,居然跟我說,有註記「不聯絡」,所以沒有打電話告知,太誇張了吧。。。。我幹嘛叫你們不要聯絡??你們又沒告知藥品何時到,又註記不聯絡......會不會太誇張???? 很想聯絡消基會 消保會 藥品主管機關投訴你們!!!!!
