★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛耳藝術真的非常的差勁,之前辦理獅子王的退票,程序麻煩要郵寄就算了,原本客服跟我確認5月底可以退款完成,也有特別發簡訊通知。結果最近打去問說要等到7月底,請問是在耍人嗎?客服後來說要再回我電話也沒有,服務真的是非常的爛!

The original customer service confirmed to me that the refund can be completed by the end of May, and there are special notices sent by SMS. As a result, I recently called to ask that I would wait until the end of July. Is it a joke? The customer service later said that he would not call me back, the service was really bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「新」會員訂票時要看清楚,牛耳在粉專上公布資訊時標示「MNA會員預購九折優惠 新加入也有喔」,一時之間沒想太多就去訂票,刷卡後發現仍是原價,打去問才說官網有公佈「高價位的票價才有九折」,我在官網找好久終於找到那句關鍵提示!這樣有點在誤導新會員,應該在第一時間宣傳時就提示消費者這點,而不是宣傳期隻字不提,在官網那密密麻麻的文字中夾雜了購票規定,且一但付費後,不能修改訂單,需支付10%手續費將原先訂票做退票動作,牛耳的服務人員只說『這些規定官網都有寫』,好難過...就這樣跟更好的座位擦肩而過了,經過這次訂票受教了,跟大家分享我第一次訂票學到的經驗。
後記:給予評價之後,牛耳有協助退掉原先訂票,重新幫我們訂到更優質的位置了,謝謝您們,可能是第一時間接電話的工作人員比較沒有意願幫忙修改訂單,還是提醒大家是高價位的票才有九折優惠唷!

今天早上購買lala land 票券,不論嘗試Facebook 或G+登入皆需連結至貴網會員登入,但是超過10分鐘後未收到驗證信以致票券已賣完。
在其他親友的協助下於稍早訂到兩張票,欲退票但貴司在開演10天內不受理,撥打客服說今天非上班日,另一隻電話連至總機兩分鐘無人接聽,
上週才觀賞玩具總動員,十分喜歡。但是今天對於貴司購票及退票真的感到非常失望。明明晚上就有演出,相關詢問卻因非上班日無法得到回應,望您們盡快改進,不枉費觀眾的支持與期待。
希望您們改善:
1. 極為緩慢的驗證信件系統,至現在我仍未收到驗證信。
2. 在開演當日應保持客服暢通,以回應觀眾緊急詢問。
