另外場地租借為校內教學安排優先，故外租者建議於每學期開學後(課程時間排定後)，再去電詢問空檔日期，無法提早一年預訂檔期；除寒暑假外，平日周一到四通常已有課程排定。
For Taiwanese college students, it is a good venue resource and learning space. For those who rent an off-campus event, depending on the characteristics and needs of the event, the theater is a black box and the auditorium needs to be erected on its own.
In addition, the venue rental is a priority for the teaching in the school. Therefore, the renter recommends that after the start of each semester (after the course time is scheduled), the electricity will be asked for the date of the vacancy. It is not possible to book the schedule one year in advance; except for the winter and summer vacations, the weekdays are arrived. Four usually have a course schedule.
