上月首訪水粵香,首先要讚賞經理女士的專業服務,整晚用餐十分愉快。 點了炸子雞、蠔油牛肉、木耳炒高麗菜和一些點心:腐皮卷酥脆蝦仁新鮮,蝦米腸粉夠米香,幾道甜點都不錯,十分推薦。 結帳時遇到主廚老闆,得知曾在大三元掌廚,又是新葡苑前主廚,難怪餸菜出品好。 餐廳在B1要下樓梯,如有老人家行動不便就要注意了。

6月2日晚餐時段造訪、餐點美味超出預期,令人驚豔、大推烏蔘燴鵝掌,香酥鴨,點心類道道美味。 用餐環境乾淨時尚,服務人員親切、也謝謝蘇經理的熱情接待、因還想嚐試烤鴨等其他招牌菜,已找好親友於週日再度回訪品嚐這好滋味。期待再次的美食饗宴。 今日再訪,餐點依舊美味,脆皮雞真的是外酥內嫩,勝過多家名店,大推?

地方不怎麼樣,但是服務態度還不錯,尤其是食物好吃和非常美味,不愧是米其林主廚和廚藝老師!一定會回訪,還會帶家裡的長輩來吃!因為不但點心好吃,菜也非常美味!因為餐廳是新開的,而且疫情關係,人今天比較少。

剛開幕的一間店無意間看到,當天點了脆皮雞、果律蝦球、蒜蓉蒸角瓜,港點則點了叉燒酥,蔥油石斑則是當天餐廳招待的,以份量、價格、CP值來說很高! 當天12點入座,客人看到的大概是五桌(包含我們) 餐廳還蠻明亮的,雖然服務人員看起來不多,但換盤子很勤快,加水等也都很主動,服務很不錯! 但還是想給個建議,當天只有兩個人去吃飯,個人覺得上菜的速度可以再慢一些,因為本是抱著好好品嚐的心情去,但第一道吃開始,印象中大概15分鐘左右就上完了,所以吃的有點手忙腳亂! 因為不知道有招待蔥油石斑魚,加上自己點的有點多,大概第一道上了以後,我吃到的菜就沒有那麼熱,也不知道是不是因為吃太慢的緣故,讓我覺得石斑蒸的熟度稍微超過了一點,有點可惜! 我知道可以跟服務人員反應請他們擋菜,以及如果今天是客滿的,我想這上菜速度是很棒的! 今天的體驗很不錯,希望下次有空可以再回來吃更多不同菜色,食材店家很敢給,應該是一個很適合聚餐的地方!

很少沒讓我嫌棄的烤鴨 今天吃到這家的烤鴨算是滿有水準的 清蒸石斑蒸的熟度很剛好大廚的功力深厚錢沒白花 東坡肉很肥嫩但不油膩再包上老麵皮的餅 連我小孩都吃一大塊 港點價格不貴就點來吃吃看 我家太座沒打槍 那應該就是她滿意

探店本來主要為了試一試脆皮雞,意外發現海蔘鵝掌煲也不錯,品質絕對擔得起價位,海鮮都很新鮮、個頭也選的大,會再回訪

可能是期望較高,我並沒有吃到應該有的口味與料理,口感欠缺火候,總覺得缺了點什麼,吃後還滿空虛 6/12(日) 中午12點內用,餐廳在師大圖書館校區B1,有地下停車場,滿貴的1小時60元。餐廳空間佈置比較簡單,很像學生餐廳,桌距算大,桌子不多,生意不錯,靠牆面有隔出很多包廂。 來之前先參考了一下評價,4.5分滿高的,也記了一下人家說不錯的菜,今天點了照燒牛仔骨$480,海鮮乾燒意麵$340,明爐燒鴨$420,蟹黃海味豆腐堡$380,一壺茶($0?),餐後再加點甜點,流沙球$110、杏仁豆腐$80、西米露$60,+10%,結帳$2000多。 常吃港式餐廳,每次ㄧ定點明爐燒鴨,吃吃師傅手藝,皮的油香與肉的軟嫩要在口中炸開,可是這次沒有,很沒有口感的燒鴨,口味也不夠,感覺怪怪的。 再來是照燒牛仔骨,看得出來是牛小排,五小塊,說實在真的是小小的,肉質算韌,另一位說咬不太動,所以我吃了4塊,外面ㄧ層糖衣,口味沒什麼層次,就是肉,可能是被口感影響了,吃完沒什麼滿足感。這道菜$480+10%,感覺很不值得 干燒意麵是港式餐廳一定要好吃的主食,可是這次吃到的就一味的偏醬油味,沒什麼油香,配菜也很單調,吃起來又很失望了。 會叫蟹黃豆腐是因為這是粵菜、川菜餐廳都會有的一道菜,做得好的話,蟹黃的味道很足,豆腐軟嫩,配上飯會有滿滿的幸福感。可是這次點的蟹黃豆腐完全沒有蟹黃的味道與口感,雖然裡面很多海鮮,魷魚、花枝、蝦仁、魚片,但還是要有蟹黃豆腐的滋味啊,不能因此跑掉,這也不便宜呢,$380+10% 吃完後覺得空虛,加點幾樣甜品倒是令人喜歡,流沙球裡面熱呼呼的流沙,得小心的一口一口的咬著,而杏仁豆腐真的很夠味,好吃。而西米露就打包車上吃。 餐廳的服務算是非常好,令人感到滿意。有點想不通,Google4.5的高分,號稱有米其林一星的主廚,菜品怎會這麼沒有火候和質感,味道也不行,價格倒是不便宜。看廚房內的廚師倒是年紀尚輕,會不會主廚休假了,小廚師當班。 2000元一餐不應該吃起來讓人這麼糾結,所以我給兩顆星,一顆星給菜品,而甜點和服務加一顆星 這裡的停車費真的貴,兩小時$120,救人啊
