★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of materials and the pricing is quite good. They speak a little English in case you can't ask in Chinese. Paint and brushes, pencils, and cleaners upstairs, canvas and paper downstairs. Frame shop nearby too. I go once a month at least and they are open almost everyday except some holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't believe the vast choices of art supplies! Sometimes Winsor and Newton can be hard to find in TW but this place even had the individual cakes for you to personalize your palette or to replace cakes. They don't have that much selection for Watercolor Blocks but they have Arches Block, so that's all you would ever need. I will definitely go back again when I am not poor!
THEY ALSO HAVE MASKING FLUID PENS. ?

For daniel smith watercolour, many colour are out of stock.
However the price is reasonable.
