已經表明絕對不能有任何信件紙本寄到家裡 如果有需要 我可以來分行拿取 離開前也再三跟行員做溝通和註記 行員也表示沒問題 結果過沒幾天馬上有紙本信件寄到家裡 跟銀行反應也只是得到官方敷衍的道歉 當作沒發生過
