The University Park on Xinhai Road is a popular recreation area for neighboring residents and kindergartens. The park is rich in vegetation, and there is the Chunghwa Telecom Administration Building on the quiet side.

Beautiful and elegant small park with few people. There are also very good cafes nearby. Although it is next to the viaduct, there is not much traffic, which is not bad.
