★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地點在辛亥路高架橋下，相當明顯，交通便利，容易找，也很適合非當地人參加的活動場所，所有權屬於大安區公所，也負責監督管理，除了分配給附近三個里辦公室的活動時間外，申請使用權也由區公所管理登記，申請人大致是社團活動或教學。分配給里辦公室使用時間由里辦公室管理，通常是比較正式的大型活動或經常活動，有時候雨季時期，必須移至室內活動，也在這裡，里辦的固定活動一直在此，例如大學里的管樂團，合唱團訓練，排舞班，國標舞班，韻律班都是長期駐點，還有一般的流行歌曲演唱等。

感謝台北市大安區龍坡.大學.古風等里長的善心提供分配的場地供里民免費使用。
The soundproofing equipment in the teaching (class) location on the second floor is good; the heating and cooling and the electric fan are used normally and effectively; there are large music stands, iron chairs, round stools and long tables with musical instruments for use; downstairs access control can be well controlled and effective; and There are public toilets for men and women; hot and cold drinking fountains; the piano can be used as accompaniment for the violin (every Sunday afternoon from 2 to 4 pm in the Longpolli Community Violin Promotion Class).
