★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大推他們家寵物險的理賠速度，有夠快。之前直接在華南保，客服真的有夠難打?。去年改在易安網保，理賠也直接找他們客服處理，光是電話秒接就大加分，然後不到兩個禮拜就收到理賠，速度真的快太多了。
Big push for their pet insurance claims speed, fast enough. I went directly to Huanan Bao before, and the customer service was really hard enough to call ?. Last year, I switched to Yi'an.com, and I went directly to their customer service for claims settlement. Just answering the phone in seconds was a big plus, and I received the claim in less than two weeks. The speed is really much faster.
