剛購買2020年3月出廠colt plus 1.5結果發現疑似空調控制失能問題,回原廠和技師長確認同款車也是此種狀況!兩周前報往總公司驗證處理,狀況都給了很清楚,但問題都一直未得到正面回應及處理!試問驗證過程有那麼難嗎?原廠若設計有問題要處理有那麼難嗎?現提出狀況讓愛好者公評!車儀表板顯示室溫18度C,溫度設置27度C,壓縮機風量設置Auto。結果溫測表於出風口顯示溫度值一直上升到30度C吹熱風,經過數分鐘將測溫棒移至前座兩頭枕中間中間空處測得一樣是30度C,完全處於失控狀態。反應到總公司至今沒答案!至少應告訴我總公司有驗證到此問題嗎?何時給個初步解決方案!結果唉!!!!無音訊!!只剩下技師長一直跟我回覆問題還再找。這是原廠設計問題技師長能處理得了嗎?總公司有重視此問題嗎?
Just purchased the colt plus 1.5 that was shipped in March 2020 and found that the air conditioner control is suspected to be incapacitated. Return to the original factory and the technician to confirm the same situation with the same car! Two weeks ago, it was reported to the head office for verification and processing. The status was clearly given, but the problem has not been received a positive response and dealt with! Is the verification process so difficult? Is it so difficult for the original factory to deal with the problem? The situation is now proposed for fans to comment! The dashboard of the car shows a room temperature of 18 degrees C, a temperature setting of 27 degrees C, and a compressor air volume setting of Auto. Results The temperature meter showed that the temperature value rose to 30 degrees C at the air outlet and the hot air was blown. After a few minutes, the temperature rod was moved to the middle of the two headrests in the front seat. The same measurement was 30 degrees C. It was completely out of control. No response to the head office! At least should I tell the head office that this problem has been verified? When to give a preliminary solution! Alas! ! ! ! No audio! ! Only the chief technician has been answering questions with me and looking for it again. Can this be dealt with by the original engineer of the original design problem? Does the head office take this issue seriously?
