★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家裡屋齡逾50，實在算是破舊不堪，都更談了許久也因釘子戶而破局，這次危老條例的推行可以摒除掉基地內的釘子戶，讓重建能如願以償，老人家不用爬樓梯、房屋價值也因此受益提高，真的謝謝工作站夥伴的幫忙！
