跟你們反應說健檢報告未收到，竟然跟我說郵局會核對個人資料所以要求我們自己去查詢(郵件上只有名字跟地址，請問要核對甚麼個人資料?)如果貴診所不想查詢，只想把事情推給消費者的話可以直說，寄件者是你們，你們自己手上有單號可以查詢，結果把問題丟還給消費者?
