這間怎麼評價這麼糟糕?建議淘寶官方台灣端換別間報關行做做看,我的體驗是,別人家報關行都常態共識申報2000以下(一般消費者都C1通關,除非消費者常態進口或有案底才必須走C3以上),這家偏偏都喜歡高報2000以上,這只能說愛台灣吧,然後我案例報關行申報金額看EZWAY貨物查詢顯示是6258,但是品項寫2筆,我實際收件是只收到一大箱,可是報關行用兩筆分開報,讓我誤會怎麼申報6258的免稅品的營業稅才300,怎麼高收我到560元,EZWAY設計的有點爛,在沒按申報相符與否前看不到稅金明細,設計師邏輯有問題,明細沒看到前怎麼知道相不相符,後來點進去看明細,才終於發現,報關行是一筆6258再加上另一筆4017(客服電話中也不提有這筆),才導致收我到560(含手續費),4017中免稅品項還能寫進口稅17元? 基於貴報關行喜歡高報到10000多,再加上剛剛看上面一堆客訴有收手續費也不開收據(並不是大家都會裝APP)?建議淘寶還是換家台灣報關行接案! 在客服方面,假日有營業,語氣是還行,但是電話超級難打的進去,可能客服才一位吧,一堆收件者客訴關稅才大家都打不通,雖然留簡訊至少會回應或打給客人,但是客人不是都一定接的到! 然後打進去也解決不了,85299090008免稅品項還能有進口稅17元,我也是很納悶,只能說到時還是要收件人買帳,若每個人都被報很高,再加上申訴也無法解決,那利益是很可觀的,所以客服無力解決和難打這兩點,強力建議一人一信叫淘寶官方直運換間台灣端的報關行看能不能有效改善... 然後到貨的外箱有夠軟爛,感覺像丟在蒸氣房,上蓋側邊直接裂開,裡面貨物伸手就可以拿走了,內容物兩個盒裝也擠壓到,傻眼...
