They took the time to see our dog in a very short notice even though they were fully booked for the day! They have English speaking staff and Vets. Dr. Chen and her colleague were so friendly and most importantly very gentle and patient with our dog (who tends to get quite nervous at the vet) - totally different experience from other clinics we’ve visited!
