★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天下第一攤！台湾中式熟食的代表品牌，蔣公、郭台铭等許多名人餐桌的最愛！億長以江浙一带熟食聞名，因為本人在蘇杭待過數年，五芳齋、陸稿薦、杜三珍、上海第一食品等熟食名店亦品嚐過，個人以為有過之而無不及！究其原因，除了保有濃油赤醬的江南風味，還因為台灣在食材及調味品品質優於大陸！但是沒有給五星主要就是價格真的有些貴，不太親民！

The reason is that in addition to maintaining the Jiangnan flavor of the thick oily red sauce, Taiwan is also better than the mainland in terms of the quality of ingredients and condiments! But I didn't give five stars mainly because the price is really expensive and not very close to the people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this gem in NanMen market -- one of the most well known market in Taipei. loved the braised pork belly & wide selection of vegetables! Quite a unique experience with so many dishes to choose from, a great way to sample Taiwanese food as you pay based on weight.
