如苦瓜，坊間多調味到無苦味，但這裡會苦，不久會回甘，這點不容易。

超嫩的鴨血就算是不吃辣的玉米兔也是一口接著一口的吃
差不多是小辣的程度但是鴨血很入味
腸旺香Q彈牙有勁！
鴨血入味又多汁加上爽口酸菜更是令人驚豔
不油不膩麻辣帶勁，入口齒頰留香
