M	Madison Yao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日下午1點左右一人用餐，點了肉絲炒飯和炒青菜。鍋氣十足，調味清淡不過鹹，算是很不油的炒飯。個人覺得跟鼎泰豐炒飯可以匹敵（可能用料比較普通，但香氣跟廚師的功底都很棒） We dine alone at around 1pm on weekdays and ordered shredded pork fried rice and stir-fried vegetables. The pot is full of gas, the seasoning is light but not salty, and it is a very oil-free fried rice. Personally, I think it is comparable to Din Tai Fung fried rice (maybe the ingredients are relatively common, but the aroma and the chef's skills are excellent)
