★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點餐流程不順；丸子跟意麵條比湯出色，貢丸好吃，比福州丸出色，福州丸內陷也是太油。湯則就是太油兩個字。
店內都是衛生筷，卻未見提供面紙餐巾紙，扣分。
整體CP值算中下，算都靠那兩顆貢丸撐起這三顆星的。
 The ordering process is not smooth; the meatballs and spaghetti are better than the soup, the tribute balls are better than the Fuzhou pills, and the Fuzhou pills are too oily. Soup is too oily.
The store is full of sanitary chopsticks, but no tissues and napkins are provided, so points are deducted.
The overall CP value is mid-to-low, and the three stars are supported by those two tributes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吃粗飽的要三思。【意麵乾麵/魚皮魚丸羹湯】這裡單就餐點來說好吃，乾淨衛生，不會過於死鹹，回家不會口渴，服務尚可，願意再造訪。但以小吃店來說，這個價位太驚人了，一碗麵一碗湯110。在添一點零錢都可以去附近吃福勝亭了。
P.S.有提供衛生紙，也有兩種辣醬，只是我沒看見有辣菜，下次會想嚐嚐。
Think twice if you eat too much. [Dried Pasta/Fish Skin and Fish Ball Soup] The food here is delicious, clean and hygienic, not too salty, and you will not be thirsty when you get home. But for a snack bar, the price is amazing, 110 for a bowl of noodles and a bowl of soup. If you add a little change, you can go to the nearby Fusheng Pavilion to eat.
P.S. Toilet paper is provided, and there are two kinds of spicy sauces, but I didn't see any spicy dishes. I will try it next time.

魷魚羹的口味尚可，也有多種搭配的方式，單看你的喜好與選擇。
旁邊的醬料區有附沙茶醬，這是比較少見的，沙茶醬是辣味的，沒吃辣的人要注意。
I heard from the proprietress that this shop has been in existence for decades and has been passed down for several generations.
The taste of squid soup is acceptable, and there are many ways to match it, depending on your preference and choice.
There is sand tea sauce attached to the sauce area next to it, which is relatively rare. The sand tea sauce is spicy, and those who don't eat spicy food should pay attention.
