很可惜,系統最低只能給一顆星,不然連一顆也打不下去。電話上態度超差,但也謝謝接電話的小姐毫不遮掩地展示她的傲慢,讓我有自知之明,自己的命要緊醫院再找就好,不然真不知道到現場會受到什麼樣的對待跟照護。

對於打疫苗預約或是殘劑預約,不論是我個人來或是陪家中長輩來,我都覺得服務態度很好!醫生和護理師都親切,甚至打完疫苗在騎樓等待時,還看到護理師將曬到太陽的那個座位為等待打疫苗的人移至陰涼處,讓老人家很好的休息。 診所內部也打理的很乾淨唷!

上禮拜打疫苗護理師很親切,第一次打疫苗怕身體不適,多問是否需要配藥,也很親切的回答還讓我不要太緊張放輕鬆!隔壁藥局藥師也很親切!因我也是傳訊預約殘劑,也沒收到回覆,原本以為無望登記,然後收到了通知,上網查地址順便看到評論還有掙扎要不要去,但想快點打疫苗還是來了!實際來到診所覺得很親切,所以決定留下自己當天的經驗!很謝謝那天的護理師!

第一次寫負評就獻給你了,回來看到2.9評論,完全不意外,難怪完全不用等,根本沒生意上門,態度差沒有同理心,早知道要先看評論,大概是遇過最差的診所吧。

打BNT疫苗,第一次去也是最後一次去,整體看診經驗很差,不推薦,事前沒有看評價,希望這篇能幫助其他人或提供診所改進的參考 1. 沒有提供完整疫苗接種評估及意願書: 填寫的時候,發現只有一頁,跟護士反應我沒有看到第一個要打勾方框說的"已詳閱 COVID-19 疫苗接種須知"的這份須知 (因為他們只有列印最後要填資料的頁面,根本沒有提供前面的疫苗說明),結果護士只回覆"那你不要打勾",而且還是沒有補給我看任何須知資料,也沒有對疫苗有口頭說明或詢問我的狀況,其他交談內容僅有叫我簽名以及說要幫我量體溫 2.醫生沒有核對身份姓名、沒有任何問診說明就簽名: 填完資料就進診間,醫生正在滑手機,等了一下之後,醫生一邊繼續使用手機一邊跟我說了"等一下",醫生又用了一陣手機之後,抬起頭看了剛剛我填寫的文件,就在下方打勾簽名然後交給我,示意我可以去打疫苗了。我相當震驚,我沒有被詢問任何身體狀況,也沒有給我任何說明,甚至沒有跟我確認過姓名,不確定是否是我本人、是否與健保卡相符等。我禮貌性地詢問醫生疫苗副作用,他只有說不能保證沒有副作用但沒問題啦之類的,還說了他自己都打第三劑了云云,我見醫生沒有要問診或說明的意思就也離開了 3.打針的護士技巧蠻好的,態度也很好 4.未提供酒精消毒: 想找酒精消毒手部,才發現診所沒有擺放酒精瓶罐或機器供進入診所的人消毒,一間診所提供的基礎消毒設備比一般店家還糟糕 *醫護人員在疫情期間都很辛苦,但我想基本的醫療步驟還是需要被執行,否則會對醫療專業感到存疑與擔憂
