櫃檯人員竟然跑去上課
櫃檯都完全沒有一個可以負責辦理其他事項的人員
真的很不方便==
而且我趕時間
至少基本櫃檯人員要負責協理櫃檯事務吧？！
打電話又都忙線不能預約，要不然就是都跑去上課無法做預約，很困擾
