★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and lots of cats in the shop. The shop lets cat walk out of cages, which is good for their health and activities. The shop focuses on provide health care products
in chronic diseases e.g. kidney and diabetes. Also, they sell big cage and dry food. Recently I found the shop has vets to do regular checkup for cats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchase most of my cat-related items and let my cat stay here quite often when I'm abroad. Their prices are reasonable, and their products are mostly high-quality imported brands.
Furthermore, their pet hotel is clean, spacious, their cubicles are well-designed, well-equipped and clean. Only costs NTD 500/night for a standard room, which is a very good bargain, considering their high-quality facilities and service.
Their staff take very good care of the cats under their care, they take notes of the cat's daily condition, and they try their best to allow the cats to be as comfortable as possible. You could even monitor your cat via wifi security cameria app on your phone, which is very reassuring.
Would highly recommend this place for all pet owners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really fun pet shop to visit, especially if you love cats, because the shop is full of them. Big selection of pet supplies for different pets, but not much food for dogs. Mostly a cat store, but stuff for small animals as well. Cool store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The variety of food and pet products is unbeatable. Prices for good quality grain free canned food is a little expensive. They have a non-return policy for goods they consider as having been exposed to the pet saliva. I bought a pet bowl in the morning and did not return home, and went to change it in the evening but they did not allowed me to return it. Finally I asked to see the manager and she agreed to exchange it for a good of equal value. The experience was not very pleasant but at least the outcome was acceptable to me.
