2.你們掛哈特佛的名字,雲豹電池、整流器、前煞總成這種基本零件報不出價錢來?
3.沒有人不相信妳,就只是想知道掛哈特佛名字的車行,給出的雲豹零件報價甚至品質,會不會比較好。
妳們卻一定要看到實車才能知道零件價格?專業度在哪?邏輯在哪?
火大故事如下:
9/27 19:10打電話問零件報價,跟我說下班了(所以營業時間寫心酸的?),我「主動」請店員留話,請隔天師傅上班後回電,就算我零件名都給齊了,她還是沒辦法報價給我。(1)
等到隔天,沒人回電
9/28 16:30自己主動再問零件報價,跟我說要見到實車才有辦法報價(2),但我昨天留言中就表明車壞了發不動,因此能不能以我家附近車行評估壞掉的零件去報價給我,女人答「如果相信我們,你就車過來,由我們來評估,如相信你家附近的,你就在你們那邊修,『你這樣問沒有人想回答你啦』(3)」然後直接掛我電話。

不過打電話詢問車修好了嗎?結果一直大小聲兇我...機車留下修理是老闆要求的.又不是我要求的一直怪我機車留店裡....
老闆要測試週六修理缺材料要留到週一...也是老闆說叫我不要去取車還沒修好...
我是車主又不是仇人一直法洩情緒在我身上...
雖然花了2400依然沒修好!不要緊.....結果因為老闆娘罵人態度惡劣讓人心情很不好!!!
機車行是服務業不是嗎?
