The drool chicken is delicious, and the ribs are thick, but the chicken without saliva makes you want to eat again. The overall dining environment is quite clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口水雞ok 滿開胃的 這個source很萬用 跟抄手很配 不太吃辣的人也能夠接受 涼菜維酸辣有椒香味 配菜普通 主菜很下飯。
The saliva chicken is ok, full of appetizers. This source is very versatile. It goes well with Chaoshou. People who don't like spicy food can also accept it. Cold dishes are sour and spicy with pepper flavor. Side dishes are ordinary.

價格偏貴 但至於太超過
餐點味道大概都有及格水準
所以生意的保持在勉強還過得去的狀態
點了口水雞湯麵
麵條的部分口感還不錯 有一定的嚼勁 及淡淡的麵香 採用細麵
湯就是一般清湯 簡單調味 喝起來不單調 對於減低口水雞的鹹度也蠻有幫助的
湯麵裡青菜的份量也是合理範圍
而口水雞本身 採用帶皮雞胸肉 肉質不是非常嫩 但不到乾柴的程度 單就肉質也是有及格水準
醬汁倒是滿不錯的 調味適中 不會過鹹過油 可是也有營造出一定的味覺刺激 同時帶有一點味覺層次轉變
算是調製得相當適宜
滿建議可以把麵拌到醬汁當乾麵吃的
這個醬汁值得好好利用
