此間診所的趙婉真醫師及護理師們很細心及有耐心,原以為孩子蛀牙問題應該還可以,沒想到x光片照出來孩子的牙齒問題真的很多。但趙醫師認真細心解說x光片及治療方式,護理師們不厭其煩的陪伴小朋友獨自完成拍攝照片,最後櫃檯護理師還會再次與我們說明治療計劃讓我跟老公都能清楚孩子的治療方式及內容。諒解父母擔心孩子牙齒問題,盡力安排最快看診時間,孩子能在小時候遇到如此好的診所真的是非常幸運!

首先感謝趙 醫師對小朋友的耐心與細心,診療的過程中也不吝 分享正確的牙齒衛教資訊。 雖說醫師兼具專業度和親和力 但整體來說是蠻不好的看診經驗 護理師的素質和態度我個人認為不太好 本次是首次到貴院看診,孩子也是第一次看牙醫 該時段有三名護理師,態度都蠻冷漠的 可能是在約診時間未到時,我們就已經抵達,打擾到她們的休息時間吧.. 1、費用誤收 收取了150元掛號費,後續才告知3歲以下收費為100元。 雖說當下退了費也不是很高的金額,若非診所自行發現 一般民眾也很難知道到底收費標準如何 2、態度消極厭世 在電話預約時,貴診所的護理師表示,會電話聯絡提醒 因為我都沒接到通知 不知是否有預約成功? 所以診前2小時左右有聯繫診所確認 得到的回覆是:我們有電話聯繫,因為妳沒有接,所以我們有傳簡訊。 講得很肯定,也沒想要再多說的意思 當下我想可能是自己疏漏了 掛斷電話後有再確認未接來電及簡訊 確認沒有後 在看診完畢 順口向醫師反應我們沒接到任何通知 想確認電話號碼是否有誤 醫師也積極想了解是出了什麼問題 到了櫃檯請一位戴眼鏡的護理師 請她協助 護理師不是很小聲的murmur+皺眉:要怎麼確認? 後來就飄走了 呃 什麼叫要怎麼確認 我們只是要確認電話是否有留錯 很困難嗎 並沒有要歸咎什麼責任 我主動複誦了電話號碼 果然錯了最後一碼 一般人報錯自己的電話號碼機率應該不高吧 沒得到任何解釋與抱歉,醫師與護理師們面面相覷 戴眼鏡護理師又靠了過來,拿了我填寫的初診資料 :妳這裡留這支,到底要留誰的? 初診資料上的緊急聯絡人是留先生名字和電話 不懂跟預約的要聯絡的人有什麼衝突 還是貴診所的資料庫系統欄位有限我不知道 若規定僅能留一支,那請明白告知。 明明就是一件很小的事情 無論貴診所電話通知這項服務是 貼心提醒 還是 臨時取消時 方便安排其它人 但從頭到尾當事者都沒接到任何電話、簡訊 那這件事情 做了等於白做 既然是標榜「兒童牙科」 患者或求診者應多數為兒童 除了醫師之外,並無感受到任何親切、友善的對待 只讓人覺得有壓力 並非其它評論者所述那般高評價 過譽了
