they have 3 kinds of rice to choose from, their veggies are a lot more than others!
today i tried the cheapest chicken breast nuts rice at 130nt, considering the quality and quantity, it is not expensive at all
i would definitely visit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great for a healthy lunch or even smoothies. I see people coming here for the bento and also post-workout as well. Lots of healthy additions to their meals are available, such as nourishing soups and quinoa in rice. I’ll be visiting more often and trying their smoothies, almond soy milks, and teas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I eat here almost every day. Love their pork, chicken thigh, fish, veggies, salad dressings, low GI pasta, rice options. Very high quality food for reasonable prices.
My only negative feedback is that the chicken breast is not consistently prepared. It's usually ok, but sometimes really dry, sometimes too salty. If they used sous vide to cook them I think it would help with consistency.

locals who breezed in, grabbed a couple of pre-mades
& waved off cutlery with a shake off the head

place was bumping
everyone
hooked on healthy -- hopped on the electric bandwagon

the groceries, the healthy eating monthly food journal & plan in booklet form
with a plug for yoga place

the monitor to silently hype you & temper your expectations

the monthly healthy eating / cooking book at 1/2 price
& this
is but the prologue
we
haven't even gotten to the artery-lovers -- the stars of this Bento & Smoothie show :
the protein -- for the bro the bruh the bruv
looking to make gains the right way
the greens -- for the people who want to poop
the fruit -- for the meal in a cup or that little kick i like at end of meal
not
terribly famished -- hadn't biked (cool bike shop round the corner) hadn't gymed (cool gym round the corner)
so
i tomato ? cheese ? salad ? my way to the cash
adding in the berry smoothie ? though did not need
cause the greens were fresh as can be
(but not soggy so were well-spun before packaging -- & not a blemish, not a rot, not a molecule that wasn't a green)
& bursting
with that which gives life ?
it's
easy to see why regulars would swing by
ponder not a whit
swipe a few salads & bolt
excellent quality control
healthy to please a gym rat or a health nut
& tasty
tomato & cheese both delivered
&
the dressing (1 of 4) was pleasing & adding

overwhelming

bump or hiccup on the line -- even when busy
it's
so much better than Subway -- that Jared debacle & least healthy (among subs) & least profitable
of chains (cheap to start, doesn't make a cent -- go watch Last Week Tonight on this)
