★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我在 2021 年 10 月 15 日收到 EP5447,一開始很滿意,很快幾天後發現它的面板接觸不良,致電飛利浦,得到的答案是不退款,但承認面板有瑕疵可以換貨,不過換貨要等,期間後續又打了幾通電話確認日期,飛利浦不斷推託往後延期,直到今天(2022.04.21)我尚未換貨成功,可是在電商中不斷有新貨供應。
客服說後端處理的倉庫和前端賣機器的倉庫不一樣,飛利浦在我心中的形象瞬間崩毀,這樣的策略無疑在跟消費者說明飛利浦注重營利,售後服務不重要。
I received EP5447 on October 15, 2021, I was very satisfied at first, and soon after a few days I found that its panel was in poor contact, I called Philips, and the answer was no refund, but admitted that the panel is defective and can be replaced, but I have to wait for the replacement. The customer service said that the back-end processing warehouse is not the same as the front-end warehouse that sells machines. The image of Philips in my heart collapsed instantly. This strategy undoubtedly shows to consumers that Philips focuses on profit and after-sales service is not important.
