當初家人為了給許姓仲介一個機會,想說年輕人工作辛苦,沒料到一份良善的初心卻換來一肚氣。
買賣過程中,仲介假借買方只願出低價要求賣家降價而讓房屋成交,但事後才知道原來是仲介耍小動作,犧牲賣家而從中賺取佣金差價。

我們當時也是搬出法律與消保法才要回部分該屬於我們的賣屋款。
所以如果要委託群義,務必非常小心與謹慎。
